With a total project cost of $20-24M, we have a pledge goal of $15M.
Construction is underway on the Next Gen Phase, costing $3.6M, with completion expected by summer of 2026. This phase will be paid for in cash with funds given to Beyond, as well as all current debt is expected to be paid (currently ~$2.3M), meaning that by the summer of 2026, we expect to be fully debt free with the Next Gen Phase completed. We will begin the new worship center phase when the appropriate financing threshold is reached, including receiving the necessary amount of funds on hand.
